the Student Activity Fee

& where it ends up.

Every year, all students pay a Student Activity Fee (SAF) in addition to their tuition. This fee is set and allocated by the Student Assembly under authority granted by the University President.

 

• From the whole undergraduate student body, the Student Activity Fee generates around $3 million dollars.

• The Student Assembly Appropriations Committee has the reponsibility of allocating this money to various student groups.

• This allocation process happens every other year.
